With nearly 30 years of nursing experience, Anna has dedicated her career to not only providing exceptional patient care but also helping the next generation of nurses succeed. As a Registered Nurse with a background in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ICU, and 20 years of Emergency Room expertise, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as a clinical instructor.
Anna’s journey began in 1993 as an LVN, and she earned her RN license in 1997. Since then, she has served in various challenging environments, including critical care transport. Her true passion, however, is in education—specifically helping BSN and LVN students master complex nursing concepts and excel in their studies.
As the founder of NurseRef.com, Anna’s mission is clear: to equip nursing students with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to pass the NCLEX RN exam and thrive in their nursing careers. Her approach expands on classroom learning by breaking down complicated topics, offering practical insights, and guiding students through the critical thinking processes essential for nursing success.
